Black Dog Equipment Western slope of Colorado's most trusted heavy equipment resource for rentals, sales, trailer sales, and service! Quality for the right price!

Here at black dog equipment we have been locally owned and operated since our opening in 2005. We are a family owned company that believes in service and customer satisfaction above all else. We started off as a very small rental yard with just a few select pieces of equipment and have grown into the rental yard we are today that offers over 50 machines that can handle any job you need to tackle. We know we are not the biggest rental yard on the western slope but we believe we are definitely the best. We are a company that believes strongly in giving back which is why we are actively involved in our community and several charities. In the past we have supported the Alzheimer’s association by creating our “forget me not” themed purple skid loader. A portion of each rent of this machine went to aid in the fight to end Alzheimer’s. This year we have unveiled our “I am for the child” red white and blue skid loader. A portion of each rent on this machine will go to fund C.A.S.A of the seventh judicial district. We are always looking for opportunities to give to the community so if you have a worthy cause please feel free to bring it to our attention. It is for these reasons that we believe that even though we are not the biggest rental yard on the western slope we definitely believe we are the best. The service, knowledge and attitude of our staff is second to none and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to do business with you. Sincerely,
Black Dog Equipment

Update: Bean has been Adopted!!!
Waggy Wednesday!
We got to meet this sweet cuddle bug Bean! She is a 5 year old Terrier Mix. She was found abandoned with her siblings so she is in need of a loving home. She likes other dogs and just wants to cuddle people all day long. She is a bit of an escape artist so she will need a really solid fenced in yard. She can climb chain link. If you think you can give Bean the Loving home she so deserves go meet her at Montrose Animal Services today!
