A few weeks ago one of my customer mentioned that he had a lift kit to install on his 2004 ford f250. The kit consisted of ball joints, front and rear shocks, new U bolts, blocks and shims, new tie rod ends (both inner and outer), new sway bar links, and a steering stabilizer shock. My help and I were able to come to his work place and install the 3” lift kit and was able to have him driving home that evening in a completely different truck.
The following week he called and said he had purchased new front hubs, axle shafts and brakes/rotor. We were able to install those as well.

Last week I came to diagnose an intermittent check engine light on a 2008 Chevy Malibu. While I was there, the customer asked me to check over the vehicle to see if there was anything that needed to be replaced. During the check over I found that the right front outer tie rod end had quite a bit of play.
The customer purchased the parts as well as the oil and filter to do an oil change. I replaced the tie rod end and changed the oil when she told me she had the parts.

This 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 had a shutter upon acceleration and with a little over 100k miles on it, it’s recommended to have a tune-up at 100k miles. I replaced the burnt spark plugs and the intake manifold gasket since it was removed. This truck is now running like brand new!!

Here’s a 2016 Kia Soul alternator replacement. The customer had the battery tested and the alternator was only charging the battery at 11v. He was told he could get a few more days out of it, but he unfortunately only made it 25 minutes. After giving me a call, I replaced the alternator, which is now charging at 14v!

This is a 2006 Honda CRV. The customer stated he had been hearing a noise when braking. The guide pins on the caliper had seized and made the brake pads wear uneven. I cleaned and greased the pins, replaced pads and rotors. My customer is back on the road!!

This is a 2020 Chevrolet suburban with the 5.3l engine. The customer was in town on vacation when his waterpump started leaking antifreeze. He gave me a call and I was able to find the issue. I replaced the waterpump and he was back on the road, headed home the next day.

A couple days ago I was replacing a radiator on a 2008 Dodge Nitro, well the customer had hit a deer and damaged the a/c condenser and cooling fan assembly along with the radiator. I made a list of everything that was needed to repair the vehicle and went to get the parts. I replaced the radiator, a/c condenser, and cooling fan assembly.

Last week, the owner of this 2016 Ford Flex 3.5L had an oil leak at the timing cover. The shop quoted her $5k to repair this oil leak along with replacing the timing chain and water pump. I was able to provide her with a great quote on this repair and got the job done within a timely manner!

Last weekend I received an unscheduled call about this 2007 Toyota Avalon needing a Rack & pinion, cv axles, & front & rear brakes/rotors replacement. The customer wanted to know if I could come out same day & fortunately I was able to rearrange my schedule to accommodate him. While there, I was able to give out business cards as well as meet some really nice people!
