We here at Fulmer Storage Trailers care about our community and wanted to share these 8 scientifically proven health principles that will help keep your immune system functioning at it's best during this cold/ flu/ Coronavirus season:
* Water - drink at least 8-9 glasses per day, more if you are over 150 pounds
* Exercise - walk 2-3 miles per day at least 6 days per week
* Nutrition - eating less calories, more fiber, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains
* Sleep - this time is needed to repair our bodies
* Sunlight - we need this for vitamin D production
* Fresh air - take deep breathes several times per day outside as well as exercise
* Temperance - keep all habits in balance
* Trust in Divine power & prayer
