I'm always showing the more complex diags and repairs but here is a pretty simple and straightforward (although time consuming) test we ran on a Jeep Wrangler for a battery draw issue. I also wanted to talk about how we work on regular passenger cars and smaller pickup trucks. Even after all these years, many people think we only work on diesels.

JC was one of those that helped to put Strokers on the map. He was also really great to deal with when buying a vehicle. I don’t know how many customers I got from his referrals. ❤️

This weekend, our Holt Auto family suffered a heartbreaking loss with the passing of JC Midwell.

JC was far more than an employee to us over the last 13 years. He was our friend, a familiar face every day, someone who brought humor, hard work, loyalty, and heart into this company and into all of our lives.

There are no words that truly express the sadness we feel or the void his loss leaves behind. We are holding tightly to the memories, conversations, laughs, and moments we shared with him over the years — and those memories will stay with us forever.

Our hearts are with JC’s loved ones, Jakob, Tyler and Chloe during this unimaginable time.

Please keep his family, friends, and everyone who knew and loved him in your thoughts and prayers.

JC will always be part of this family, and he will never be forgotten. ❤️✝️🙏🏻

for Saturday. We stayed home and worked in the shop all day. Suzy made an awesome meal of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cornbread, pinto beans, and blackberry cobbler. We discussed tomatoes, and one of my favorite eras of my life when I worked for Karl And Dwyla Gifford on their tomato farm. We also had a huge rainbow come up and we saw the end of it.
