Thank all of you for your kind comments about my dog & I. I guess there is no better time than now to tell you, I am retiring. Many of you have reached out after my last photo commenting I look tired in this picture, All of you are right.
When you start a business, you see so much you can offer. As time goes on you realize your knowledge, strength, and stamina is not like Rocky, there is a limit. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for the people that have trusted in me for the past 43 years, but it’s time to let go.
I want to spend time with family & friends. Who am I kidding, I’m going to ride the wheels off my motorcycles and swim with my horses in my ponds!
While I had never planned an exit, I guess this is time. I am selling the business for $650,000.00. This includes the land, building, inventory, accounts receivable, customer list, all equity, and good men in place (horses in the stable ride, ride). I had to throw a little comedy in there.
I’ve put 3 children through college with Eagle Battery & Air. This is my humble way, my way, to sell my business. Hard work & dedication required.
