Special K’s Automotive is also a proud sponsor of the Lakewood Creek HSO, and this year we got to be part of something pretty awesome.

We teamed up with 9 other local businesses to fully sponsor the Fun Run shirts, making sure every single student gets a T-shirt completely free of charge.

I absolutely love being able to do things like this. Supporting our schools, our kids, and our community is something that means a lot to me. Special K’s wouldn’t be where we are without the support of this community, so anytime we get the opportunity to give some of that support back, we’re all in. ❤️

Happy 4th of July!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you all for trusting us with your vehicle repairs. We truly appreciate every opportunity to keep your vehicles on the road.

Like many of you, my technicians and I have families. Every time you choose Special K’s, you’re supporting a local business and helping provide for the people who work here. That means more to us than you know.

From January through May, we had the opportunity to partner with Grace Holistic and welcome Joel as an intern here at Special Ks Auto.

It was an absolute pleasure working with both Grace Holistic and Joel throughout the program. Watching Joel grow more confident, gain hands-on experience, ask questions, and develop his skills over these past few months was genuinely rewarding for all of us.

One of the best parts of this industry is being able to help teach and guide the next generation coming into the workforce, and Joel showed up every day willing to learn and put in the effort. That attitude goes a long way in this field.

We’re thankful to Grace Holistic for partnering with us and trusting us to be part of Joel’s journey. We wish Joel nothing but success moving forward and know he has a bright future ahead of him. The auto industry requires the “it” factor. And Joel has it.

Thank you again to everyone involved, it was a great experience all around.

Back in July, this car came to us with a blown engine. We fixed it, cleaned it up, and today we’re donating it to a family in need.

When Hesed House reached out and asked if we could help, I didn’t hesitate. It just felt right.

After my motorcycle accident, I saw firsthand how many people were willing to step up and help me financially and otherwise. I made a promise to myself back then that I would pay it forward whenever I could.

We’ve done that a lot over the years at Special K’s, but this one feels different.

Today, because of all of you…our customers, we’re able to give someone a car. And that means everything to me.

So seriously… thank you. Every single one of you played a part in making this happen.
