This Can Am Defender HD10 was ran HARD and had some serious detonation going on. Top and bottom end had a lot of damage so we gave it a makeover with new pistons, cylinders, crankshaft and valves in the rear head. Topped it off with a new ignition coil, injectors and swapped the OEM plastic water pump impeller with an aluminum one. 🏁

This 2020 Odes 800 X2 Long Travel came to us from another dealership and needed a new complete crankshaft, main bearings, crank position sensor, pistons and cylinders. I rebuilt this engine using all OEM parts.

This Polaris Ranger 570 had a failed lower rod bearing and needed a complete top and bottom end rebuild. I rebuilt this engine using a Vertex piston and complete engine gasket kit, OEM Polaris cylinder, WSM valves and a Hot Rods crankshaft.

I've been hearing that many Polaris dealerships are trying not to do complete rebuilds and prefer doing an engine swap. This is a very expensive route and unnecessary as long as the engine is rebuilt correctly and with quality parts.
