As many people may have noticed, this page was started quite a while ago. Two owners ago, to be exact.
It is now owned by overseas entities that do not keep up the park, invest in it in any way, or care about who is living there.
It has become rundown, the internet rarely works for most spaces, it is way overpriced considering it has no amenities, and you can only stay for 180 days maximum. They don't do any background checks, and don't care if the RVs are in safe working condition.
When I first moved into this park, the police were called out approximately 17 times a year. Last year, in 2023, they were called out over 220 times. This is public access information, that can be checked by calling the Montesano police Department.
Things have gotten so bad and the breaking of the town rules have become so flagrant, that the town is looking at possibly pulling their land use permit. If that happens everyone will have to leave because this will no longer be allowed to be an RV park.
