The Koenigsegg story captured in 1.9 million chisel cuts: „30 Years of Koenigsegg“ artwork by Steven Szecsko
After two years in the making and over 1,180 hours of carving, this hand-carved piece is finally being revealed.
Carved from black walnut, it’s centered around a carbon fiber Koenigsegg shield, carefully detailed with real 24-karat gold.
Every part of the artwork honors three decades of innovation, determination, and imagination from Koenigsegg - expressed through 20+ carefully carved moments and symbols present throughout the sculpture.

On April 6th, 2009, The Unofficial Koenigegg Registry was born. For more than a decade, it was the definitive source on the internet for anything and everything Koenigsegg. However, as a quick visit now will make apparent, the site is out of date and in desperate need of an upgrade.

Today is April 6th, 2023 and the launch of Egg Registry, the official successor of The Unofficial Koenigsegg Registry. We have been working on this project for the better of the year in close collaboration with the original Registry team and on today’s anniversary we’re ready to share it with the world!

The website includes a complete registry of Koenigseggs as well as a blog for Koenigsegg news and other stories! The website will be a constant work in progress, with new information and writeups being added often, especially as new Koenigseggs leave the factory. This is the largest and most comprehensive Koenigsegg registry on the internet.
