One thing we’ve learned over the years is that a good team doesn’t spend much time worrying about whose job something is.

If a car needs attention, a customer needs help, the shop needs cleaned up, or someone needs an extra hand, you jump in. That goes for everyone here.

We take a lot of pride in Absolute Shine, and that only works when the people behind it take pride in it too.
