We had an amazing group of anglers, some of which were first responders and the fishing at BLOCK ISLAND was SIMPLY AMAZING!!! DELUXE MODEL PORGIES AND JUMBO SEA BASS were GOOD AND PLENTY and our AWESOME ANGLERS filled the totes!!! And today, it was Al Greene who busted up the cafeteria with his JUMBO SEA BASS and split with the lunch money. Way to go Al! SOLD OUT tomorrow, spots available on Sunday. Then at BLOCK ISLAND the JUMBO SEA BASS were VERY COOPERATIVE making for an VERY GOOD HAUL!!! Fri 9/4: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣 ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CATCHING TODAY. The JUMBO PORGY bite at MONTAUK was COMPLETELY SAVAGE with double headers filling the coolers with LIMITS. We then headed to BLOCK ISLAND and our AWESOME ANGLERS enjoyed the BEST JUMBO SEA BASS CATCHING OF THE SEASON TO DATE!!! BLOCK ISLAND GAVE UP both QUALITY and QUANTITY with LIMITS for many. Honorable mention goes to Carmine Ferruggia Jr who put on a clinic being the first to box his LIMIT of JUMBO PORGIES AND HIS LIMIT OF JUMBO SEA BASS. And today it was Roberto Rosario who bullied the cafeteria with his JUMBO SEA BASS and grabbed all the lunch money. Way to go Rob! Back at it tomorrow 5 am with only 2 spots remaining.
