Here’s another big job we wrapped up not too long ago. We did a full timing chain set overhaul including, all new timing chains, guides, tensioner, vanos rebuild, oil pump chain, all new gaskets, all new fluids, & much more on this BMW 540I. We went ahead and took the extra step to clean the engine bay because there was a tremendous amount of dirt & oil build up everywhere. We really strive to show we take care of our customers and go the extra mile even if it doesn’t benefit us. It’s been non-stop over here at BBG, it’s time to get you guys caught up! Starting with this really cool fully built supercharged suburban. We installed a full 150 shot of nitrous, a full whipple supercharger rebuild, of course a full tune up including spark plugs, wires, heat protection, fluids, a custom oil dip stick to accommodate for the supercharger, a full wire tuck of the nitrous system along with making the relays and fuses easily accessible if any issues were to occur. We went ahead and chose to do a WOT nitrous activation switch, & much more. The list goes on! Some how unfortunately we didn’t grab a picture of the tank mounted in the back that’s just such a clean set up. Everything looks so good now, everything is hidden, tucked away, if it weren’t for those solenoids you’d never know this truck had a nitrous kit! We will be posting a lot throughout these next couple of days so stay tuned to see all the awesome projects we’ve been putting together.

This car is has a 2.0L that’s getting swapped to a fully built brand new 2.5L long block, all forged internals, built heads, massive turbo, flex fuel system, 5 speed swapped to a built 6 speed transmission, and PLENTY more. We had a customer come in with a power steering issue, we quickly came to the conclusion that the power steering pump had seized up due to a combination of no power steering fluid & a leaking steering rack. So we of coursed got parts right away and had the issues fixed, here’s the best part. their power steering rack now has a lifetime warranty just the same as if they had their axles rebuilt. If you have us rebuild or replace an axle, power steering rack, driveshaft and much more those parts are fully covered! It doesn’t matter if there is a bad seal, a tear in the boot, something is leaking, ITS COVERED no questions asked! Well there is one thing for sure, last i checked those spark plug holes aren’t supposed to have a half quart of oil in them…. somehow this car wasn’t even misfiring. We honestly didn’t believe it at first. Needless to say We got them taken care of and they no longer have this issue. If you can dream it we can build it.
