The C5/10 is on the ground, close to designed ride height. It's still a bit high, but it'll do for now. The to-do list is getting shorter, but so is the timeline. 6 days until the C10 revival and 7 days it's first autocross shake down runs.

Progress has been made in some areas. Looks are a bit deceiving here, but the body has started going back on. Passenger fender and inner fender are in for good. Driver's fender is on, just need to do the inner fender. Front chassis harness is in its final home, rad is in and plumbed.

Brakes are still being a thorn in our side. The brand new master cylinder won't keep a bleed, so we're getting a known good used OEM one. The ABS module still has 1 plugged hole and will likely need replacing also 😞

By the end of this week, we hope to have the brakes sorted (even if that means borrowing known good parts from a previous build) and the rest of the body assembled and the shocks reassembled.

The C5/10 cage is painted, the gauges are in (not pictured), the pedals are in, the clutch is bled, steering column is in, lower switch panel is in, the seats and harnesses are in too! Still working on bleeding the brakes (C5 ABS/BPMV isn't cooperating currently). Next up is the shifter, brakes and front sheet metal.

C5/10 update:

Wheels and tires are mounted. Dash panel is mounted. Pedals are mounted. Brake master/booster is mounted. Clutch master is mounted. Brakes are plumbed. Clutch is plumbed. Steam ports are plumbed. Brakes are bed and mounted.

Next up: finishing dash spacers and prepping to finish painting the cage.

C5/10 progress report...

We finished painting and Raptor Lining the interior floor and back wall. We still need to finish painting the cage after we're done crawling around the cab and under the dash.

Next up is mounting the carbon fiber gauge panel, installing the pedal assembly and getting the brakes and clutch bled. Hopefully that will be done by the end of this coming weekend.

We got the interior tunnel, firewall and seat mounts painted yesterday and the rear suspension fully assembled! Next up ...

The C5/10 cab is back on the chassis for hopefully the last time! All 4 cab mounts and all 16 cage bolts lined up perfectly! The to-do list before the C10 Revival and North Carolina Autocross Championship weekend is long, but we're determined to get it there!

The bottom of the C5/10 is finished! Our first time ever putting Raptor Lining on the bottom of a cab, and it turned out pretty decent. It definitely would have been easier if the cab was vertical or on a rotisserie, but we're still happy with the results.

Hopefully the cab goes back on the chassis this week for the final time. C10 Revival timeline is getting short!!!
