Person broke down on the side of the road and was stranded there for five hours. He called around and couldn’t find the parts he needed. Someone told him to call me. I had everything he wanted here and I took him them. He’s a mechanic guy so he did the labor himself.

Fixing some brakes that a big boat shop up north did. This customer really feels like they really took advantage of him. They put the wrong seals in. Put a new actuator on and didn’t bleed the brakes properly so they would pump up but not release. When he got home after a fishing trip his hubs were 200 degrees with his thermometer.
