We walked through the incredible Speed Street vendor area during the 2026 Coca-Cola 600 weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway — and this place was PACKED with amazing cars, military tributes, race fans, food vendors, campers, and horsepower everywhere you looked!

This Priority Mail envelope was mailed on March 13 with an expected delivery date of March 16.

We received it today… May 28.

That’s more than two months late.

We know many of our vendors and participants still prefer mailing payments, registrations, etc. and we completely understand that. But situations like this are exactly why we’re working hard to move more of our processes online and digital. We had way too many of these situations this year.

If you ever mail us anything close to show time, PLEASE give us a call at 704-841-1990 or email us at [email protected] to verify we received it. Don’t assume “Priority” or even tracking guarantees it arrives on time.

We’d much rather answer a quick phone call than find out after the deadline that something has been sitting in postal limbo for weeks.

Just a friendly heads up for everyone planning ahead for upcoming events.
