Mon Valley Cycle Factory-trained Motorcycle and ATV service and parts In business since April 2017. The owner has been a mechanic for 32 years and is Factory-Trained.

I have worked for Nissan, Chrysler, Volkswagen, Kawasaki and Yamaha in the past. I also owned Elizabeth Cycle and Finleyville ATV, so we are
experienced in all types of motorcycle and ATV work. We service Motorcycles of all makes and models as well as ATVs, and even off-brand Chinese motorcycles and ATVs! So we truly can service anything.

Ninja is getting close.
During our adventure, found found the fuel pump had been wired to a switch using really bad wiring. So we straightened that out.
THEN, we discovered it wouldn't start - (no fuel injection). Spent an hour looking for a sensor called the tip-over sensor which kills the fuel injection if the bike is crashed (it has an arrow on it that says UP.

FOUND IT, and it was bolted on UPSIDE DOWN !! - I removed and reinstalled it right side up and it started right up !

This was from someone else trying to fix it and realizing they're in over their head, then trying to put it back together.

There has been a little more progress, but its hard considering there are no bolts, screws, rubber cushions, etc.

Progress update.
Got the fairing mounted and all the old body panels off (I'll probably have to remove everything at least one more time because someone took it apart before it got here).

Just wanted to share some pictures of a crashed bike im repairing for someone.
It's a 2005. Kawasaki 636 Ninja.
It came is after someone had already taken it apart, there are many missing parts and bolts/hardware.
I've finally reached the point where reassemble is beginning, but we keep having to stop as I discover more missing parts.

But I'll post pics here and there as we progress

Been only 2 weeks since the accident, but through the hospitals efforts (twice) and multiple medications, she is up and around ! (Still in pain and not ready for work yet, but she just misses people)
