Recently, a sweet ole lady backed into the front of my car. She asked for estimates from the body shops of my choosing. Hornor's was the very last one I came to for a quote and the first one I chose to do the work. The price was unbeatable compared to the others. The hospitality was top par. When I got the call that my car was done, I was so excited to see it and I was not disappointed! She looked brand new! The owner of Hornor's is also the owner of Friendly Tire off of 60, a place I've trusted with my tires many times! I highly recommend this body shop! The people are amazing and the work is great!

Collision Repair Estimator

Job summary: As a Collision Repair Estimator, you will maintain contact with the customer and the insurance company while the vehicle is in the repair process regarding the status of the repair. Work with the technicians to ensure repairs are completed to the proper procedures and standards.

Job Duties Include:

* Answer phone calls and interact with customer
* Answer and questions the customer may have
* Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates
* Order parts, check parts in, and return unused parts
* Manage all work authorizations, repair order, supplements and warranty work
* Work with insurance companies to process claims, take photos and submit supplements.
* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers, technicians, insurance representatives and vendors
* Ability to manage time, solve problems quickly, meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks
* Good Attendance and strong work ethic
Knowledge of CCC is a plus but not required
