Was a last minute job. We pulled it off though and welded/grinded up 150 units in less than 3 days. I am impressed with my grinding hired hand and thankful we got it done. Also sad day, my Bosch grinder which was showing signs of failure awhile ago. After grinding #86 tonight, died completly. Ive run that grinder for over 4 years now. Its gone through lots of steel and some of my own flesh. Its memory will live on.

We worked hard today, did well on our output quanity and quality. Super thankful and happy with my hired hand. Kept pace...

Most of the sides and top tacked into place. Setting a 30 degree angle at the top of the aluminum Rock Guard.

Interesting railing repair job. Customer didnt want to spend a lot on this railing that got bent and twisted up. So I cut it apart and beat things straight as youre gonna get steel thats been twisted. Top and bottom rail, along with spindles were damaged. And cut off old tabs and welded new wall tab mounts on. Had someone look at it after and they werent sure which side it was that I had fixed. So job well done I think.

This project was a bit beyond welding. So resorted to shaping some sheet steel and anchoring it into solid steel availab...

This project was a bit beyond welding. So resorted to shaping some sheet steel and anchoring it into solid steel available. Customer didnt want their feet falling through the truck floor. Was a beautiful clean old school manual black ford ranger truck, besides this terribly rusted area. Shame. They will be happy with this affordable repair.
