🏁🏁 4/15 - Volunteer Speedway - Race Recap 🏁🏁

We finally broke out the Capital Race Cars crate car last night with the Sportsman class at Bulls Gap.

We lacked a little speed early, mainly just due to the crates being so much off on HP and we were a bit too snug through the corners. However, we timed in 10th out of 18 and raced from there. We found some speed as the race went on and had a BLAST!! We finally, as a team, we're able to just enjoy racing and have fun again!!

We'll get it cleaned back up and see where we end up next!!

It's a LONG shot but we're looking to hire a Full Time crew chief. The right fit would be someone who can run a program top to bottom, inside and out. Someone who can make solid decisions, work without supervision, and knows tires. We've got a Late Model and 2) Mods. Possible housing is available if needed. 🏁Saturday Race Recap🏁

Heartbreaking night at I-75 Raceway once again!!

The Terror Race Cars / Dyer Motorsports,LLC Team rolled back in to I-75 on Saturday night with high hopes and expectations!! After finding the likely issue with the misfire from last week, the team was posed to redeem themselves.

Hotlaps went well, with the team hitting the clock 3rd quick. After some fine tuning, Qualifying was up next where the team locked in on the front row once again!! After being one of the only few cars to gain speed from Hotlaps, the Feature was looking to be promising.

When rolling up to roll out for the Feature the car died and lost all power. It appears the battery went bad and ended the night early.

We'll keep grinding and get the bugs worked out of this new car and hopefully get us some Wins 🏆 and showcase just how fast these Terror Race Cars are!!

🏁Season Opener Race Recap🏁

The Dyer Motorsports,LLC/Terror Race Cars team traveled down to I-75 Raceway on Saturday to shake down the new combination before firing off the big season planned ahead.

Hotlaps were riddled with cautions and didn't allow for much of a feel for the car, but still managed to time in 3rd quick. Blake went to work after a brief discussion and tuned the car in for Qualifying. Taking to the track with the final group to qualify, the Team was able to showcase the speed of their Terror Race Car and take the Pole position by over 3 tenths.

Starting from the pole position in the Feature the car suffered from some engine/electrical issues and fell off the pace a bit and end up being able to salvage a 2nd place finish.

The Team will resolve the issue and be back in action soon!!

The Gateway Dirt Nationals was a dream come true!! We had some tough luck EVERY. SINGLE. time we hit the track...but it never broke our spirits nor our fun!! Hopefully we're able to make another shot at it, if the opportunity arises. We've raced all over the country and many different classes but THIS deal was definitely a HIGHLIGHT, even after crashing out on Saturday!!

Unfortunately our Gateway Dirt Nationals was short lived! I greatly appreciate the invite and it's an event I'm grateful to have been a VERY small part of. Anyone that knows me knows, there's simply no excuses! I didn't like the feel of the car in Qualifying and didn't drive it like I needed to. It buried us for the night and luck wasn't on our side. We knocked the left front off in Heat 3 on lap 2 and wasn't able to repair it before the B Main. They only take finishers 4-9 from the B Main to Saturdays Qualifying races, so we're out. Such is life and racing! Catch all the GREAT racing LIVE on FloRacing for tonight and Saturday's main events!!
