We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our insurance brokerage. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the insurance industry. We provide training and will pay for your California Insurance Agent/Producer license after your initial training period.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with insurance quotes, payments, and policy questions
Answer phone calls and help walk-in clients
Process policy changes, renewals, and basic administrative tasks
Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
Computer literate and comfortable using office software
Preferably use of QuickBooks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and willing to learn
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: California minimum wage
Paid Sick Days: After 3 months
Paid Insurance License Training (Agent / Producer)
Opportunity for hourly pay + commission after 6 months based on performance
