So, we’ve caught FedExcuse lying.. again.
While I’m normally a believer of Hanlon’s Razor, which says “Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.", at this point, I’m leaning towards malice. Or theft, specifically.
We have an open investigation with FedEx as to the location of multiple “missing” high dollar items. The FedEx delivery system is being loaded with false information and FedEx CSR’s have corroborated that they don’t understand it either.
Eg, the Rep just told me “we don’t deliver on Sundays” (I already knew this) but as you can see below, they show an “attempted delivery” at 8:50am on SUNDAY.
Then, they made no attempt Monday (tracking alludes that they did, our cameras prove they didn’t) . Tuesday rolls around and no show, even though it’s “on the truck”. Today is Wednesday and supposed attempt #4
We call at 4:30p. The CSR slips and tells us that she can see it’s NOT on a delivery truck - but IS on A truck.. that isn’t doing deliveries.
They obviously won’t give me direct contact info of whoever is in charge (that’s fine.. we know WHERE to go… we can show up).
They’ve lied about delivery for 3 attempts now.. today would be #4. Additionally, we supposedly have multiple deliveries today - on multiple FedEx trucks today. Yeah, no. I’m convinced someone is angling for a “return to sender” and at that point, the boxes vanish into the system. Someone googled the content info that’s printed on the boxes and had an “oh sh*t!” moment.
Yeah.. I know, that’s wildly conspiracy theory level paranoia and I hate it too… but given the history of the local FedExcuse hub, prove me wrong.
