As promised here are more pics of our third build! Here are the details:

The van is a 2020 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 144” WB 2500 crew with RWD.
We installed upper cabinets and built lower cabinetry to match. This rig has hot and cold running water, a 100ah lifepo4 house battery. A 2KW Renogy inverter and 50A dc-dc with integrated MPPT charge controller. We customized the OEM crew seat to face backwards and allow the middle seat to fold down flat.

In the back end we have a quick connect shower hot and cold water. The water system includes a Bosch 4gal electric heater, a 22 gal fresh water tank and below the vehicle is a custom built gray water tank.

On the roof is a rack with a tent serving as a second bedroom.

This rig was built to seat and sleep 4 and is intended for primarily weekend trips! We sure hope our clients love their new sprinter camper van!

A lot has changed over the past few weeks in our newest van! Check put some sweet before and after shots. And stay tuned because this week is gonna be a big one for us!

In other news we just signed our first client! Starting January we will be building out a van for someone else, and teaching her the process along the way!!

It’s been just over a month since we started work on our new van! So here’s a progress update!
We just finished installing the walls and ceiling- and before we could do that we needed to cut all the major holes for windows, out boat hatch, and maxxfan. We installed furring strips on the walls, insulated using , wired the entire electrical system and made our own version of tongue and groove (cove and bead) to accommodate the curvature of the ceiling.
Now we’re off to field test it for a week on the roughest roads we can get it on in Death Valley CA.
