With nearly three decades in the automotive world, Cayson Nicholson is someone you want on your side when it comes to service and parts. Whether heโ€™s working with customers at the counter or helping technicians get exactly what they need, Caysonโ€™s knowledge and experience help keep our service department running smoothly.

Caysonโ€™s advice for anyone new to Lenz is simple and honest: keep an open mind and always be willing to learn. That mindset has guided his entire career. Anything with an engine has always caught his attention, and no matter where life has taken him, heโ€™s always found his way back to the automotive industry.

One lesson thatโ€™s stayed with him over the years is the importance of taking care of both your body and your mind, especially in a hands-on industry like this. Surrounded by people who love mechanical things, Cayson has learned something from everyone along the way, and that passion continues to drive him.

Truck Talk:
First truck: 1985 Ford F-250 his dad bought brand new and later restored together

Never shouldโ€™ve sold: That same โ€™85 F-250 and an โ€™88 Thunderbird his grandma bought new

Daily driver: 2017 Ford F-250

Dream vehicle: 1966 Ford Fairlane

Classic hanging around: A 1995 F-350 thatโ€™s been on Lenz property a little too long lol.

Life Outside the Shop:
Outside of work, Cayson enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time at the rink watching his kids play hockey. His music taste sticks to real country and bluegrass, and he proudly admits heโ€™s a hoarder of โ€œawesome thingsโ€ limited only by space, land, and budget.

Fun fact: Cayson isnโ€™t his legal first name, itโ€™s his middle name. Duane is his first.

Still on the bucket list? Hunting in Canada and jumping out of a plane. If he ever wins the lottery, he already knows the plan: buy enough land to get lost on.

Family:
Cayson has been married for almost 15 years and is a proud dad to two sons (20 and 19) and a 14-year-old daughter whoโ€™s extremely passionate about hockey.

Weโ€™re proud to have Cayson as part of the Lenz family. His experience, honesty, and down-to-earth approach make a real impact on our team and our customers every single day.
