We present the Kiev design bureau TUNING BVV with its production of caps for pickups. The entire production process is handmade, with exceptional quality and attention to detail. All our products are made by hand, with high precision and attention to detail. The power folding cover of the pick-up body is sealed, manufactured according to an individual technology from aluminum, minimum wall thickne
ss 1/8 inch, thicker in places of reinforcement, for all models of pickups. All necessary seals and plugs are made of weatherproof automotive rubber. The body cover folds up, rises behind the cabin and is mechanically rigidly locked. At any of the stages of opening the body cover, the car can move due to the system of inter-section locking and the system of rigid locking of the open position. In the open and locked position, the cover is as monolithic as possible with the body of the pickup, does not rest on the cabin thanks to the open position detection system. Can be used as a cargo platform up to 660 pounds for transporting oversized loads. The surface of the body cover can be used for embedded elements of power fasteners and subsequent installation of a tent, railings, box, bike-ski fasteners, expedition curtains, etc. We are proud of what we produce and are confident in the highest quality of our products.
