The next round of funding is now available for Wisconsin’s Driver Education Grant Program. Students who qualify for free/reduced lunch may apply to have their classroom and behind-the-wheel driver training for a Class D (Regular) driver license paid for.

Free drivers Ed grant for low income students resumes on 8/25/25 applications open at 9am.

To qualify

Students between the ages of 14½ - 19 years of age who satisfies the income eligibility criteria for a free or reduced-price lunch in the federal school lunch program under 42 USC 1758 (b) (1).

• Student must be a Wisconsin resident.
• Student has not previously held a driver license.

What makes us different?

Flexible online classroom.

Home pick up and drop off is included within our driving areas which not many schools do.

We teach your teen as much as possible as opposed to trying to get you to purchase extra lessons later. We genuinely care about our students and that we’re doing our best to set them up for success on the road. Including freeway driving for all students capable.

Convenient online scheduling for behind the wheel.

We have lesson availability during the week as well as most Sundays for our students who have busy schedules and especially those heavily involved in sports who can find fitting their behind the wheel lessons in difficult.

We don’t overbook so students who wish to are able to move through their lessons fairly quickly.

Payment plan available.

Roomy vehicles that fit students of all shapes and sizes.

We rarely have more than 2 students in a car at a time. (Only when siblings choose to take their lessons together so we pick up 2 kids at once). Only having one or two kids in the car allows our instructors to focus more on the student driving.

Pick up and drop off from home means we drive all over, and so do our students!!! They’re exposed to more driving environments and get more experience than driving in the same neighborhood every time. The more our students are exposed to the more they learn and additional skills they’ll have when they’re ready for their license.
