With the addition of the we've finally got the first six generations of the SL added to the poster series and have a 6-postcard SL pack available on the online shop. Take a look at the link below and learn more about the SL on our website.

The R230 is the 5th generation of the SL-Class and the first released in the 21st century. The R230 development started in 1996 and debuted in 2001 with around 170K produced during its 10-years of production. In 2012 the R230 was replaced by the R231 which was the final SL-Class vehicle before AMG took over the lineup with the R232 in 2021.

Same Bosch...different pump: We've shown you an R3Z before with the black protective coating, now check out the R3X featuring a brushed aluminum finish more similar to the Mercedes-Benz pumps we're used to. Early R3Xs were also made with a magnesium alloy so they can be found with the black protective coating as well, but for later examples they switched to aluminum, meaning that coating was not needed.
