🔥 2015 FORD EXPLORER POLICE INTERCEPTOR | TWIN TURBO REPLACEMENT 🔥

This 2015 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Utility with the 3.5L EcoBoost came through Boosted Euros & Diesel for a major turbocharger repair.

Both factory turbochargers were replaced along with the related sealing and intake hardware needed to complete the job properly. Once everything was back together, we checked the turbo plumbing, verified coolant level, inspected for leaks, and road tested the vehicle to make sure everything was operating correctly.

🔥 2003 BMW Z4 | TRANSMISSION & COOLING SYSTEM REPAIR 🔥

This 2003 BMW Z4 came into Boosted Euros & Diesel with some major drivetrain issues and ended up needing much more than a basic transmission repair.

After diagnosis and teardown, we replaced the transmission assembly and torque converter, handled additional issues discovered during the repair, and completed the necessary programming/adaptation procedures before getting it back together.

🔥 2017 MERCEDES-BENZ E300 | COOLING SYSTEM REPAIR 🔥

Another Mercedes-Benz finished up at Boosted Euros & Diesel.

This 2017 E300 came in needing some major cooling system work. We replaced both the primary engine radiator and auxiliary cooling radiator/cooler, then properly serviced and verified the entire system before getting it back on the road.

🔥 2012 BMW X3 xDrive35i | N55 COOLING SYSTEM REPAIR 🔥

Another BMW wrapped up at Boosted Euros & Diesel — this 2012 X3 xDrive35i with the N55 3.0L turbo came in needing some important cooling system repairs.

We replaced the electric water pump and thermostat, along with additional cooling system components that needed attention while everything was apart.

🔥 WALNUT BLASTING / CARBON CLEANING 🔥

This 2012 Volkswagen CC 2.0T came in with some serious carbon buildup on the intake valves. This is extremely common on direct injection engines because fuel is injected directly into the combustion chamber and never washes over the back of the intake valves.

We performed a full walnut blasting service to remove the heavy carbon deposits and restore the intake valves back to a much cleaner condition.
