We are a busy and reputable collision center looking for a hardworking and independent Autobody Technician/Painter to handle a variety of repairs and refinishing tasks. Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality collision repairs, including panel replacements, dent repair, and welding.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to all safety procedures and quality standards.
Utilize medium to heavy weight autobody tools and equipment effectively and safely.
Contribute positively to our team environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the autobody repair industry is highly preferred.
Candidates wishing to take on painting responsibilities must possess guaranteed prior painting experience.
Demonstrated ability to perform panel replacements, dent repair, and welding to industry standards.
Proficiency in prepping vehicles for paint, priming, and painting.
Experience with color matching is a plus.
Must be hardworking, independent, detail-oriented, committed, and responsible.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
