🏗️ WHY CHOOSING THE RIGHT CONCRETE CONTRACTOR MATTERS

This pool deck is a great example of why quality workmanship and proper installation matter from the very beginning.

We were recently called in to tear out and replace concrete work that had been installed by another contractor. When we evaluated the existing pool deck, we found:

➡️ Over 3 inches of fall across just 3 feet of patio
➡️ Significant bellies and low spots throughout the concrete
➡️ Improper drainage and grade issues
➡️ Bellies even running through expansion joints

Unfortunately, when concrete isn’t properly graded, formed, and finished the first time, fixing it can mean tearing out perfectly good-looking concrete and paying to have the work done all over again.

That’s why at Dynamic Groundworks LLC, we believe in taking the time to properly evaluate the project, establish the correct grades, prepare the work area, and pay attention to the details that matter.

We aren’t sharing this to criticize another contractor. We’re sharing it because we want homeowners to know what to look for when choosing someone to work on their property. The cheapest estimate isn’t always the least expensive option in the long run.

For this project, we removed the problem concrete and gave the customer a fresh start with a properly graded, clean, and finished pool deck. 💪

Hello everybody, I just wanted to introduce myself quickly, my name is Zack Hirst, I am the Owner of Dynamic Groundwork's!

After operating under the name of Hirst Lawncare LLC for almost 6 years, we have decided to file an amendment and change our business name.
