Folks as of yesterday we have closed our Desmoines location as I sold the property after being there for the last 33yrs and we sincerely appreciate all the customers we've been able to help over the years.
But never fear we opened a bigger location in Milo yesterday just a short 30 minute drive from Dsm with 3 buildings and the main building will hold 10-12 vehicles inside so no matter the Weather conditions you will be comfortable inside a heated shop to look your next vehicle over.

Again me and Jay sincerely appreciate all of our customers over the years and invite you all to call us anytime with all your vehicle needs.

Well we have a unhappy customer who bought a $800 car during Jay's $1500 and under sale on the date of purchase they drove it and was happy enough to purchase it. As with any purchase they signed all the documents required by the state of Iowa on the purchase order in bold red writing it states you are agreeing that the purchase is As-Is where is No warranty Also they have to sign a Government issued AS-IS statement that is bold enough even I can read it without glasses. Well they had a problem with the hybrid part on the car but the car still ran fine on the gas side and the father called me I told him Jay was with a customer and would call him back shortly in which he did I told Jay we would refund his money after they transferred it and could sign it back to us and Jay told him that but they wanted to see if they could fix it. And now they want to complain after they put 352 miles on it and say our mechanic was supposed to look at it wrong he doesn't work on hybrids very few mechanics do because of the high voltage. So here's the hard facts I've been in this location for 30yrs 29 of those without 1 complaint after selling thousands of cars. Now we have had 3 complaints the 1st one the individual turned me into the Iowa DOT and the Attorney generals office and they determined we did absolutely nothing wrong and I have the paperwork to prove it and it was a case of buyer's remorse. The 2nd was a girl whose water pump went out a 3-4 weeks after the purchase and wanted to bring it back or for us to fix it which we declined and now #3 and if you look at our feedback those are the only negative ones. Everyone and anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle needs to realize if your buying a cheap car they are AS-IS and you've signed the papers stating so in the purchase if your wanting warranty you will need to purchase a New or Newer car as most of the companies that had cheap warranties for older vehicles are no longer in business here are pics of the purchase and AS-IS agreement that's signed at purchase so there's no reason anyone should think any differently about it being AS-IS and to show any car can break down here's a brand new Mustang on a flat bed on it's way to Gabus Ford but I'm sure Ford motor company didn't get bad feedback for it lol.
