Le Jersey Grand Prix Le Jersey Grand Pix Le Jersey Grand Prix is a day for participants and fans to come together and safely enjoy motor-sports at a real racetrack.

Whether its learning to drive a Formula car, Your own car, a Go-Kart or simply getting a wild ride in a race car with PRO/AM driver… The day is about having a blast at a race track with friends. The Day begins at 7:00am for breakfast at New Jersey Motorsports park’s “Lightning” race track (I strongly suggest coming up the night before and crashing in one of the VIP suites located on the track, the

y’re affordable and convenient). Breakfast is served which segues right into the 1st drivers meeting of the day (8:00am) so above all if your in one of the ON-TRACK driving groups don't miss this call time!!! (People coming for GoKarts only or looking fast laps as a passenger only or your husband / wife dragged you here... you can sleep in ;)

At the end of our full day of responsible driving at serious speeds (around 5pm), all drivers converge on the Karting track for the no holds barred main event. No matter what package you signed up for during the day, all drivers will face off in the GoKart Grand Prix trophy race for all the bragging rights. Laser etched trophies will be handed out for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places. After the race we all head down to the bar at the club house to hand out the Trophy's and the Farmer's award which goes to any drivers who thought the race car was a piece of farm equipment ( putting all 4 wheels off the track in an attempt to trim the grass or plow the fertile Jersey soil…) Drivers with a green thumb will be given bright green baseball caps to wear during drinks and dinner so we can find them as they have to buy at least 1 drink for anyone in our group that asks. After drinks for those who stick around... we sit together Banquet style and share in a well earned meal with new and old friends before heading home (or to more drinks for those who decide to stay the night...

So gang in see you didn't get the email... We're taking a break from LeJersey GP this year... So by all means come on out to NJMP but make sure you have your own plan cuz we ain't gonna be there ;)
