For 40 years we have taken care of a few generations of vehicles and drivers around Millersport, Baltimore, Thornville, and Buckeye Lake — and honestly, we spent all that time working on cars, not asking anyone to write about it.

Hello everyone! We continue to battle with Spectrum phone service at our shop. Believe me when I say, we can get just as frustrated as you with poor phone quality. We have, yet again, another "technician" coming out to diagnose our issues tomorrow.

A couple things...

1) You can text us right to our terminals at (740)467-2294.

2) If we can't get your call answered, or you can't hear us or you get disconnected the guys are very on top of returning your call at the number on our caller id.

I personally, as well as Ted and Tom, appreciate your patience and understanding.

Due to a few different customer inquiries this weekend, over frustraion with certain dealerships and what the dealer is telling them, I wanted to reshare some information.

Federal law allows you to have your "new" vehicle serviced or repaired in most scenarios, at a shop of your choosing.

Federal law also PROHIBITS a dealerships to tell you otherwise.

So if you want to schedule with us out of proximity and convenience and you were told you "weren't allowed" because it will void your warranty, we would be happy to handle your maintenance and repair needs.

We also back the vast majority of our repairs with the area's strongest warranty 3 yrs / 36K miles.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Their courage, service, and selflessness gave us the freedoms we enjoy every day. As we spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day, let us never forget those who gave everything in defense of our nation.
