Today a unique problem came to Jesse's shop. A truck about 12 years old had a steering issue that is not covered in any bulletin from the dealer. The brakes, steering and booster combine hydraulics from 2 separate systems with electrical from 2 different computers. Normally the problem would be a simple mechanical fix like an alignment or replacing worn bushings.
Jesse wanted to call one of his guys. Chad Ricketts from RickBees Tractor Repair. Chad took the time on the phone and then showed up to the shop to continue working the problem with Jesse Frazier . Two great mechanics that cared enough about a customer to work out the problem. Miller Diesel & Auto cannot express enough how important this is to all small businesses. We cannot thank Chad Ricketts enough.

When you have a problem with your car or truck you most likely have a guy you call.( If you have a girl that is just as cool). We hope the one you call is Jesse. He has years of quality experience with repairs and is very cordial about helping the best he can. What happens when the one you call needs to call someone? Jesse is the one many call for help. Jesse maintains an excellent relationship with other mechanics from many industries. When Jesse can help them he does. No questions it is part of who Jesse is.
From tractors to ATV and Semi trucks Jesse does not just repair cars. He cannot know everything about every mechanical device out there. When it comes to diesel trucks and semi trucks, Jesse most likely is one of the best out there. Sometimes though even he runs into a new issue. Engineers design vehicles to the manufactures needs today and not to the consumers ability. There are computers and programs that exceed an IT Engineers capability now. There is protected software and routing that is not shared with repair shops. Just a wire diagram does little on new cars as a wire goes to a box that has a series of checks before sending a signal to another box for more checks and then changing the voltage from one voltage to another.
