This book by Courtney Carver Courtney Carver has deeply changed the way I approach things. We have been fans of her ideas for years (remember when Sarah did the Project 333 capsule wardrobe?)—I think this is her best work yet. Banner day! I’ve been working with this family for 8 years. Their sweet, witty mother passed away this spring, and we’ve been working on clearing out the family home. Guess what was found today as we sorted? The missing wedding ring!!! 💍🙌 🎯

We enjoyed lunch together and many, many laughs as we sifted through boxes of family mementos. Candra busted it up and down the stairs with tons of bins and took a carload of donations. Memorable day with some of our very favorite clients!!

(Picture from a recent walk as a pretty backdrop) We are doing deep work lately helping several families at once clear out their homes for the next stage of their lives, be it downsizing, moving on after the death of a spouse or mother, or preparing for transition to an assisted living center.

It is thoughtful, gratifying work, and we’ve realized that helping people sell items is something we can add to our list of being The Whole Package. This month we’ve sold art, decor, couches, armoires, clothes, ski gear, mountain bikes, pots and pans, beds (so many beds), and even…a car. Yep, a car. It seems right to be more of a one-stop shop for ALL of your needs surrounding big life changes.

Last video in the series! This was an unpack and organize in California for clients we had helped move from Utah. Took 3.5 days to get boxes unloaded, unpacked, triaged as to importance, and rooms set up. What a beautiful area—I’ll be back to visit them sometime!
