Masters European Auto Repair has been a trusted, family-owned shop in Mill Valley since 1976, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team!

🔎 Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ASE Certifications preferred
✔️Proficient with diagnostic/programming tools (AUTOLOGIC, ISCAN, AUTEL, ROSS-TECH/VCDS, SNAP-ON, etc.)
✔️Team-focused, motivated, and detail-oriented
✔️Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
✔️Clean DMV record & valid driver’s license

💵 What We Offer:

✔️Compensation range: $82,500 – $170,000/year (based on experience)
✔️Hourly wage + tiered bonus plan
✔️Paid vacation & holidays

🛠️ Work Schedule:

✔️Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Quicker than promised, I received their diagnosis and recommended repairs. The price was totally reasonable, the repairs made quickly, and they were super friendly in the process. I feel safe knowing my daughter's car is up to s***f and ready for winter rains. Thank you, Masters!"
