Late post. This was my first time speaking publicly about domestic violence against men and bringing to light the shame we feel to speak about it. Having your head split open and it being held closed with staples and the numerous black eyes and split lips and are just the iceberg of the mental and emotional abuse that you need to work through too. Mahalo to New Hope Oahu for the opportunity to share my story and I hope it helps anyone male or female to break free from that manipulation. We also covered listening when God speaks and trusting his plan and timing for your life. Thank you to all that reached out to me and shared your personal experiences with domestic violence and how you overcame or how you are still going through it. Praying for healing and grace. Thank you to my beautiful wife SB Berry for standing by my side and showing so much love and support through all of it. You are truly HEAVEN SENT.

Don’t be fooled! That’s not tortillas! Egg white wrap sold at Sam’s club. Chopped up some home made egg bites with smoked veggies, guacamole, cheese, crispy bacon, and bell pepper for more crunch! Best breakfast burrito hands down!
