My SC had a terrible rough idle before I placed an order with SCP for the cure. The new performance LiveWires silver plug wires and set of premium plugs made all the difference.

My Thunderbird is running better than at any time since I have owned the car. The plugs and performance plug wires made a great difference. I love the very smooth idle, great acceleration, quicker starts, and enhanced durability.

The MPx 90 cubic inch displacement Supercharger case is cast from 356-T6 aluminum. This material is significantly stronger than the factory Eaton material. Our premium lower control arms and the mating Ford/Replica rear strut rod bushings. Both of these items are the Best of the Best components you will find anywhere for your '89-97 Tbirds/Cougars and the Lincoln Mark VIIIs.

We created this package because many times we have had people order just lower arms but forget about also replacing their rear strut rod bushings. This package provides both.

Remember, SCP does NOT sell garbage blue or black thermoplastic strut rod bushings. Avoid these like the plague unless you like replacing them every few months.

Bill, I wanted to reach out and say "WOW"! I ordered the Stage 2 front suspension kit with poly upgrades to replace the worn out, ancient factory bushings in my '96 Tbird. The difference is night and day. The front end feels stronger yet more comfortable on rough roads with a tighter more responsive steering feel. It's great to have confidence again both on the highway and back roads.

FOR SALE: '89-93 3.8L SC Tbird SC / Cougar XR7 BHJ Harmonic Balancer that needs some love.

All four of the drilled/tapped holes that hold the crank pulley to the balancer have broken bolts in them. Although not an easy task, these four holes can be reworked by those who know how to do such things. It will be worth the effort as BHJ sells these new for over $700 these days. Compare that to my asking price of $150!

The four smaller tapped holes that hold the crank position sensor trigger ring are fine.
