Heat shrinking the bead ends on the floor pan section from yesterday. I made a bead end former that is tacked to the table underneath the bead. Heat up the end and hammer it into itself. Then clean up with more heat and chisels against the former. Pretty simple process and gives nice clean finished ends on these big beads

Hoping to be able to go through the rear suspension on the GT40 in the next few weeks and get everything back in 100% operational condition. Ready to have this thing back on the streets
