Overtime Diesel is looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team.
We specialize in Powerstroke, Cummins & Duramax repair, and we’re looking for someone who can provide the same high level of service up front that our technicians provide in the shop.

What you’ll do:
• Greet customers and manage the repair process from drop-off to pickup
• Build estimates and repair orders
• Communicate recommendations, pricing and timelines clearly
• Coordinate workflow with our technicians
• Order and manage parts
• Keep customers updated throughout their repair
• Help maintain an organized, professional front office

Who we’re looking for:
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is a plus
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
• Comfortable with computers and shop-management software
• Automotive or diesel knowledge is a big plus
• Dependable, professional and motivated
• Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what needs done

💰 $45,000 – $70,000+ annual pay range (based on experience & performance)
