🚨 New Chassis updated for 2026 🚨
- New front axle design
- New rear bumper
- Shorter wheelbase
- Slightly softer left rear corner of chassis
- A Right front torsion style bolton, too stiffen up the right front when needed

The softer left rear corner of the new chassis will keep kart freer and will beable to run more cross in it since the left rear is softer vs the original design..

The right front torsion bar setup can be added for when tracks are super high bite or works well for a super heavy driver

Kart also has a wider tire window or more forgiving if ya do miss on tires

🚨Technology Update🚨
When we build our bumpers or spindles, for example, it is just as important to have the jigs set up correctly as it is to weld the material the correct way…
Being precise and consistency is key!
When we weld our spindles, for example, we TIG weld them, which is basically fusing the material together for a stronger connection, and we can control the heat and filler material a lot better than MIG, which in the long run, the spindles will not flex out as fast when done correctly…
With the stainless rear bumpers, we have better control with TIG because of the thinner material, and at the same time, the joints will be stronger and safer than MIG could ultimately be when done correctly!

Currently, through the remainder of the year, we are providing free stainless steel rear bumper upgrades to all Saber racing chassis customers.
As we conduct chassis testing for 2026, our focus is shifting more toward clone racing. Unlike engines such as the Animal or high-torque engines, clones require less left rear drive. Our current layout is highly effective, and we are concentrating on refining it through adjustments as tubing thickness and front-end geometry. Our objective is to achieve a slightly freer chassis while maintaining the existing tire-friendly characteristics. Rest assured that we utilize only the highest-quality tubing, ensuring optimal memory flex and eliminating concerns about chassis flexing out after a few races.

🚨Tire Maintenance🚨

After a race weekend or at the track.. if your trying too pull any tire prep or track prep off the tires too help open the pores or too get the glaze off a new tire or sealed over tire and at the same time you don’t want too effect the thickness of the tire by using a buffer too sand down the tire or some might try just hand sanding a tire but the problem with that is it’ll create sipe marks in the tire which is usually not a good thing for a slick kart tire… A technique we use that you can try, taking a rolling pin and using your favorite roll of sandpaper grit…this will help pull any track prep off the tire after a run so you have a very nice base too start with and helps tire take prep a lot better… If your tire grains at all then this technique will not work…you will have too use your buffer too sand tire back smooth again too give yourself a good edge and base too work with..
