This is how Molecular Advanced Coatings looks in the wild.

Dave and I drove 8 hours on Wednesday and the top cap had some schmutz but things don't really stick to MAC's coating. This morning we had a rain shower and afterwards Dave blew the rig off with our Vortex Haus blower and it looks like he washed it.

Two things:

The coating really is permanent and never needs reapplication. Dave's truck was done in 2022 and still looks new.

The Vortex Haus blower is a game changer: Small, nimble, mighty (we can blow the driveway with it) and it takes the same battery that we use to put down the stabilizer jacks.

EDIT: We’ve had six employees leave across both companies in all five locations. That’s extremely rare in this industry.

Yesterday I said two because we didn't include employees who left to attend college, moved closer to family, joined a family business, or expanded their own company. They weren't dissatisfied employees — they were bettering their lives.

I take responsibility for not delineating that two left because they were unhappy and the other four moved on for personal reasons.

I'm proud of our team — Six people in five years across five locations is exceptional and I'm thankful for the opportunity to say it again.
