We at Mike's Complete Auto Repair are looking for a Service Writer to fill an open position. You will be responsible for scheduling, estimating and maintaining customer rapport. An excellent Service Writer has good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

-Initiates automotive services and repairs, and services requested.
-Responsible for writing repair orders and
maintaining customer rapport.

Qualifications/Skills:

-Problem solving
-Reporting research results
-Quality focus
-Productivity
-Estimating
-Product knowledge
-Customer service

Education and Experience Requirements:

-High school diploma, GED, or
equivalent.
-2-plus years of experience in a service
advisor role strongly preferred, but not required.
-Computer and point-of-sale proficiency.
-Previous customer service experience.
-Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Wages:
Starting Wages 25.00 per hour with experience.
Bonuses included when a gross # is met.
