PSA: If you own a GM Acadia, Terrain, Equinox, or Traverse, Enclave, and Encore.... it is imperative to change the oil between 3,000 and 5,000 miles CONSISTENTLY. If not, timing chain repairs are in the near future....this vehicle only has 79000mi and has imploded due to lack of maintenance. Owner wasn't negligent. The manufacturer sets the minder for 6500/7500 knowing full well the outcome of waiting that long. Be preventative or be prepared for repairs!!
