This includes water, septic, electric, cable, and internet. Each spot get its own cable/internet box so you won’t have to share bandwidth with other tenants. Plumbing for the building is is going well. Should be done by this weekend and ready for concrete.

We are one step closer to having our bathroom/laundry facility up and running! Hope to pour concrete in the next two weeks.
