Fender Truck Accessories proudly serves as West Texas’s premier headquarters for truck accessories. Located in Midland, TX, we have earned a reputation for quality and reliability in the truck accessories industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Midland, TX, for an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will generate and follow up on leads, manage existing accounts, and recommend suitable products and services to meet customer needs. The Inside Sales Representative will be actively involved in promoting company products and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

•Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
•Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
•Experience with Account Management and relationship-building
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
•Familiarity with truck accessories and automotive industry is a plus
