Driver line 5 ecm wasn't reading the same voltage as the ignition switch turn out to be a bad fuse box here you can see I skip the fuse box to supply 12v to the ecm to confirm my thesis. Don't let someone take you for your money bring it to me!

If you check engine light flashes get a Hold of me! It's time for some maintenance! Also it can be castrauphic if you continue to drive with this issue!
