This brand-new BMW X3 arrived wearing BMW’s stunning Frozen dark grey matte finish—a unique paint system that requires specialized care and protection from day one.

Unlike traditional gloss paint, matte finishes cannot be polished or corrected in the same way without affecting their appearance. That’s why proper preparation and protection are so important.

After a thorough hand wash, air dry and matte specific decontamination process, we installed a matte ceramic coating designed to help protect the finish while preserving the factory satin appearance BMW intended. We also protected the wheel faces, headlights, and taillights for easier maintenance and added protection.

The result? A beautifully protected finish that’s easier to care for while maintaining the distinctive look that makes Frozen Matte paint so special.
