A sunny Sunday morning is the perfect time for an argument with your spouse, right?

The disagreement from the night before about whose turn it was to do the dishes. The latest rude comment your mother-in-law said about you. The ugly shoes your husband always leaves by the door that you repeatedly trip over.

Pick a reason–a lovely Sunday morning is a prime backdrop for duking it out as you walk through the farmers market, absolutely refusing to acknowledge your spouse’s existence as you pick the best-looking Swiss chard for tonight’s dinner.

Your husband’s attempt to resolve the argument naturally only makes things worse, so you vow to maintain your silence for as long as possible today. It’s not called the silent treatment for nothing. You kept it going at the farmers market this morning, you can keep it going well through the afternoon.

Nothing will crack your steely exterior. You will hold onto this resentment as long as possible. That is, until you round the corner and see the only thing that can bring you joy in this moment: a coffee truck serving lattes and pastries.

What was the argument even about anymore? Does it matter? It’s nothing a latte and a croissant can’t fix.

“Let’s get a latte, babe,” you say, happily breaking your vow of silence and correcting the icy mood of the morning with an iced pumpkin spice latte and chocolate croissant.

All is right in the world.

When the view is this stunning, the mobile b**r trailer should reflect that–quite literally! This shiny beauty is now parked against Moab’s breathtaking red-rock views in the Dust Club B**r Garden.

With fridges that can hold 900 cans and dry storage that can hold an additional 1,500 cans, this chrome b**r trailer supports high-volume operations serving locals and tourists alike.

One of our favorite details about this chrome trailer is intentionally easy to miss:

The electrical work is surface-mount conduit that runs along the curves of the trailer so it’s out of sight. This eliminated the need to rip out the walls and run concealed wiring, which would’ve been expensive and time-consuming.

How do you explain the siren call of a hot dog cart to someone who’s never dreamed of operating one? The bubbling cauldron of hot dog water, the neverending wiener jokes, the fresh cut onions doing everything they can to burn your eyes.

You don’t choose to become a hot dog cart entrepreneur. The path claims you before you can even consider running in the other direction. One day your job isn’t enough and you crave a new revenue stream to break the chains that tether you to your desk.

You make the decision: It’s you and your hot dog cart against the world. You’re ready to take on the city.

There’s some trial and error to find your perfect place to hold court from your hot dog cart. You go from a college campus to a local park before the pungent streets of a busy metropolitan area outside the bar start calling your name.

There, outside the bar, the sloppiness of a perfectly accessorized hot dog is mirrored in the raucousness of the clientele. The darker it gets, the brighter your light shines as you wait for the clock to strike midnight and Cinderella to leave the ball, single remaining shoe in hand. You’ll be there, steadfast and ready to serve.

Your hot dog cart is the light at the end of the tunnel. The oasis in the desert. The reason for partygoers to feel joy at 2 a.m. when their world is spinning and rideshare prices are surging. Your all-beef, dirty water dogs cap off the perfect night out.

Steaming beef. Savory relish. Spicy chili. You present the world on a platter for the motley crew who roams the streets after dark. You’re also the inevitable audience for every possible wiener joke there ever was or ever will be.

How do you explain this feeling to someone who’s never provided it? It’s a feeling you wouldn’t trade for anything in the world 🧡🌭
