This customer called us for a starter replacement on his Duramax work truck. We came out, diagnosed the issue, and confirmed that the starter had failed.

After replacing it, we quickly discovered why it had failed—the flexplate was broken and causing problems with the starter.

We replaced the flexplate using all OEM parts and got the truck back on the road so the customer could get back to work and making money!

Another late-night roadside call! 🚚🔧

This box truck broke down around 7:30 PM, leaving the driver stranded with a long trip back home to Lexington still ahead of him.

Clark’s Mobile Repair was on scene within an hour, diagnosed the issue, and got the truck back up and running. We offered to replace the failing starter on the spot, but the customer was ready to get home and decided to continue on.

🚨 24+ HOURS STRANDED — NOW HE’S BACK HAMMER DOWN! 🚨

This hot shot driver picked up a load in Vandalia and went to hit the road when his truck lost prime in the fuel system and wouldn’t start.

After being stranded for OVER 24 HOURS and calling everyone he could, he finally got ahold of Clark’s Mobile Repair. 🔧

Within 60 minutes of that initial phone call, we were ON SITE and getting to work! 💪

His entire fuel system had recently been replaced by a shop in Florida and was still under warranty, so tearing into everything and risking that warranty wasn’t the answer. The mission was simple — get this truck running, get the load delivered, and get him back to Florida.

Today’s job had us working on this beautiful 2022 motorhome.

The customer was experiencing a lack of power, a severe engine shudder, and a check engine light. With plans to continue traveling across the United States, they wanted to make sure their RV was reliable before hitting the road again.

After arriving on site, we quickly diagnosed a cylinder #3 misfire. Testing confirmed the ignition coil was operating properly, but the spark plug wire had failed. For complete peace of mind, the customer chose to replace all eight spark plugs and all eight spark plug wires.

We installed genuine Ford parts, cleared the fault codes, verified the repair, and got this motorhome back to running smoothly and ready for the miles ahead.
