My peeps be very aware of this dealership. They bought my car 9 months ago. They have not placed the tag under their company's name, why???? Now I got a ticket of a car that's no longer mine. I have called them, texted them and no results.

This is the bad dealer, they don't really care about the client, they are only care about the money, they don't clean inside the car and the seat and they are take $999 for the d...,they don't really do nothing. This is very bad experience with them,don't go buy car from there..bad dealer.
Qué deplorable la atención para compras on line. Fui muy mal atendida, con respuestas de mala gana por su correo electrónico. Quise establecer una compra de dos autopartes que aparecen disponibles hasta el punto de generarse el procedimiento de pago. Quise confirmar antes y todo ha sido un desinterés y menosprecio hacia mi requerimiento.

What happened to the Meet Our Staff section of your page on your website for Toyota of North Miami?
This is the 2nd time I have had this occur. Whoever is working on our cars MUST be careful. I left the dealer and riding on the 95 only to see that my hood was NOT properly closed. I tried calling the service department, and no one answered. I pray this doesn't happen again.
I have purchased two vehicles as well as recommending this dealer to friends and family ..that ended up buying here.

Me gustaría dejar presente por este medio mi molestia y desepcion con el servicio que me han brindado en la agencia de Toyota de north Miami.
Seré lo más simple y práctico posible:
1. El año pasado, en el mes de octubre fui al concesionario para ver la posibilidad de cambiar mi auto por otro y me atendió un muchacho llamado Rubén (nacionalidad venezolana)El cambio era una Rav4 2020 adquirido ahí mismo por un Toyota corolla hatchback 2021.
2. En ese momento tenían una supuesta promoción que hasta en la tv salía diciendo 0$ down payment. Cuando empezamos con la proforma del cambio,le pregunté al muchacho ruben si era 0$ down payment y me dijo, claro que si! No necesitas dar nada de pago y yo dije ok genial. Cuando vienen con los papeles para firmar,me doy con la sorpresa que este chico me había aplicado para una tarjeta de crédito de Toyota financial por 2 mil dólares cuando mi intención no era tener una deuda extra por esa cantidad. Sentí que no fue totalmente honesto conmigo porque al final terminas pagando de una forma u otra la tarjeta ya que está agregada a tu contrato, no te queda de otra. Mi consejo sobre esto es: cuando vean la publicidad de 0$ down payment,no crean eso, al final vas a necesitar que te aprueben una tarjeta del banco de ellos mismos para poder sacar tu auto, o sea publicidad engañosa o práctica poco honesta a la hora de vender por parte de su personal.
3. Cuando me entregan el auto,por experiencia propia lo revisé antes( es mi tercer auto comprado ahí mismo) lo revisé y venía con varios arañazos en distintas partes,se lo hice saber al vendedor y el apenado me dijo que me iba hacer una solicitud para llevarlo al taller y lo pulieran. Como es posible que compras un auto cero Millas y venga todo rayoneado?. Bueno a la semana siguiente fui al local de servicio de mantenimiento , les di el papel que Ruben me había dado supuestamente para que lo pulan o hagan algo, estuve ahí como 3 horas para que luego me dé con la sorpresa que solamente lo habían lavado o pasado por el car wash,cuando lo reviso, los rayones seguían ahí, no habían hecho nada!!! Y lo peor de todo es que uno pierde el tiempo para que te traten de tomar el pelo por tonto.
4. Cuando le hago saber a Ruben mi malestar y que me habían engañado porque no le hicieron nada al carro,que solo lo habían lavado, muy apenado me ofreció regalarme unos covers para los asientos. Acepte la propuesta y me dijo que en 2 semanas los tendría para mi. A la 2 semanas voy al concesionario y Ruben me dice que en ese momento no tenia los asientos, que quizá se lo habían dado a otro y me dijo ven la próxima semana. Ok volví a la semana siguiente y adivinen qué? Me dijo lo mismo, que no lo tenía disponible y bueno para ese momento ya sentía que me estaba paseando con el cuento de un lado a otro.
5. Al cabo de 2 meses fui al concesionario y me tocó hablar con un muchacho llamado mark Anthony. El escucho todo mi malestar a raíz de la compra de ese auto,y le mencioné lo de los cobertores del asiento, que Ruben me había dicho 2 semanas y que hasta ese día nada de nada. El exclamó “pero eso no puede ser posible” no puede pasar de 2 semanas,me pidió disculpas y me dijo que él se iba a encargar de que los cobertores estén disponibles para mí lo antes posible, maximo una semana y que creen? Ya casi cumplo un año con este auto y nunca obtuve nada de lo que le ofrecieron.
6. Mi conclusión es la siguiente: tanto Ruben como mark Anthony no tienen palabra. Estoy muy decepcionado con el servicio que me brindaron,me siento engañado y la verdad que si algún día pienso en querer cambiar mi auto o comprar otro, tengan por seguro que no iré a north Miami. Mal servicio y autos súper rayoneados. Se que mucha gente dice que es mejor el concesionario del headquaters o el de hollywood y bueno a alguno de esos 2 iré pero no vuelvo a north Miami.

Ya casi cumplo un año con este auto y nunca obtuve nada de lo que le ofrecieron.
6. Mi conclusión es la siguiente: tanto Ruben como mark Anthony no tienen palabra. Estoy muy decepcionado con el servicio que me brindaron,me siento engañado y la verdad que si algún día pienso en querer cambiar mi auto o comprar otro, tengan por seguro que no iré a north Miami. Mal servicio y autos súper rayoneados. Se que mucha gente dice que es mejor el concesionario del headquaters o el de hollywood y bueno a alguno de esos 2 iré pero no vuelvo a north Miami.
